SBFI Features Commercial Capital Training Group
Following the National Alliance Of Commercial Loan Brokers (NACLB) Conference in early March, the Small Business Finance Institute (SBFI) featured the Commercial Capital Training Group (CCTG) & BoeFly partnership on their effort to help bring commercial loan brokers and lenders together for higher quality referral opportunities and loan processing.
The conference brought together a community of 300 loan brokers and over 50 lenders to help create better resources and outlets for loan product education, as well as to develop a ‘code of ethics’ for the alternative lending industry. Due to the industry continuously growing, Commercial Capital Training Group and BoeFly wanted to create a forum to help set forth more efficient deal processing. Bringing the alternative lending community together ultimately allowed the opportunity for brokers to expand the products they can offer their small business cliental by connecting with new lenders, as well as enabled lenders to increase their audience for their financing programs.
With a majority of Commercial Capital Training graduates in attendance, the NACLB conference also acted as a reunion for past CCTG graduates over the last six years, many of which formed solid referral relationships with one another throughout the three days.
Based on the success of this year’s first annual NACLB conference, in 2016 the organization is expecting the attendance & sponsorships to double in size.
